All completed forms and supporting information are checked in-house, once submitted.
2 forms of identity must be uploaded with your application. One must be photographic, (driving licence; passport) if you are using your driving licence for this then it MUST have the same address on as your application. The other must be evidence of your current address such as a utility bill, (not mobile phone bill) bank statement and MUST be dated within the last 3 months. The only acceptable exception to this is a Council Tax bill.
Please note that if you are not a UK national you must also upload evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK. Without this we are unable to register you or provide you with any work.
All personal data supplied with this application is stored and processed in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO.)
Once the form is complete and checked we will email you our Web App information to get you started on our booking system. You will only see assignments that you are eligible to undertake and are relative to the qualifications that you hold. For example, if you hold a TTMBC qualification you will only see jobs relating to TTMBC positions. Therefore, the more qualifications that you hold the more jobs you will see. A lot of our clients also require their own or site-specific inductions; you will not see these jobs unless you have been inducted. Please ask a member of the Boyle Highways TM team about getting onto an induction.
More and more frequently our clients also insist on operatives having a Safety Critical Medical in order to work on their sites. We encourage you to obtain one prior to registering as this will also open up more opportunities. A copy of your certificate should also be uploaded with your application.
Once you have completed all of the paperwork and read and understood all of the documents with links, we will undertake our checks and then you will be ready to work.
We will visit you on site in order to undertake a drugs test in line with our sign up procedures and Drug and Alcohol policy.
