TTMBC Operative – Essex (Brentwood, Basildon, Chelmsford & Surrounds)
Self-Employed, CIS | £122.50 per 10-hour shift | Weekly Pay
Boyle Highways TM Limited is looking for TTMBC-qualified operatives to support traffic management projects across Essex. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient traffic schemes in a variety of urban and suburban settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the safe installation and removal of temporary traffic management layouts on live carriageways and footways
- Support teams in maintaining safe work sites compliant with ARTSM and the Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice
- Use digital tools to complete job packs and upload mandatory geotagged photos
- Adhere strictly to Boyle Highways TM’s zero-tolerance drugs and alcohol policy
You Will Need:
- Valid UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In-date Occupational Health (Safety Critical Medical) certificate
- Willingness to pass pre-induction and random drug & alcohol testing
- Physically fit, reliable, with good communication skills
- PPE provided, plus induction and ongoing training
