Traffic Management Operative – South East (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, London & Surrounds)

Boyle Highways TM Limited requires qualified traffic management operatives across the South East region to support a diverse portfolio of projects. Opportunities exist for TTMBC, T1/T2, M1/M2, M5, and NRSWA operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems across various project types
- Ensure compliance with ARTSM, Chapter 8, NRSWA, and company policies
- Complete digital job packs and upload mandatory geotagged photos
- Maintain strict adherence to Boyle Highways TM’s zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy
You Will Need:
- Relevant qualification for the role applied for (TTMBC, T1/T2, M1/M2, M5, or NRSWA)
- Valid UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In-date Occupational Health certificate
- Willingness to pass pre-induction and random drug & alcohol testing
- Physically fit, reliable, and good communication skills
- PPE provided, with induction and ongoing training
