T1/T2 Operative – Kent (Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury & Surrounds)
Self-Employed, CIS | £122.50 per 10-hour shift | Weekly Pay
Join Boyle Highways TM Limited as a T1/T2-qualified operative delivering high-quality traffic management services across Kent. Our projects range from busy town centres to rural roadworks, all requiring strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain temporary traffic management systems including cones, signage, and barriers
- Work collaboratively to ensure safe, compliant sites
- Complete digital job packs and upload geotagged photographic evidence
- Uphold Boyle Highways TM’s zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy
You Will Need:
- Valid T1/T2 qualification and UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In-date Occupational Health certificate
- Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
- Strong communication skills and physical fitness
- PPE provided, with induction and ongoing training
