M5 Operatives wanted — multi-phase work, pedestrian signals, and proper standards.

What you’ll be doing
Everything an M1/M2 operative does, plus:
- Multi-phase temporary traffic signals
- Pedestrian signals / crossings as part of multi-phase systems
- Supporting complex signal layouts and safe changeovers
What we’re looking for
- NHSS 12D M5 qualified (experienced multi-phase operatives preferred)
- Reliable, switched on, and calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail (phasing, heads, timings, safety)
- H&S first mindset—always
- UK driving licence, age 21+, no more than 6 points
- D&A free (random testing)
