M5 Operative – Surrey (Elmbridge, Tandridge, Guildford & Surrounds)
Self-Employed, CIS | £140–£225 per 10-hour shift | Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex traffic management schemes including advanced signal systems and road closures
- Ensure site safety and compliance with statutory and company standards
- Complete digital documentation and upload geotagged photos
- Mentor junior operatives as required
You Will Need:
- Valid M5 qualification and UK driver’s licence (21+, max 6 points)
- In-date Occupational Health certificate
- Willingness to pass drug & alcohol testing
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- PPE provided, with ongoing professional development
