Course Overview
The TTMBC is the entry-level qualification for anyone wanting to start a career in traffic management. This course is open to all learners, regardless of background or experience.

Summary
- Entry-level qualification for all new operatives
- Valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Mandatory requirement prior to undertaking any site-based duties
- Provides essential knowledge of temporary traffic management principles, site safety, and legal compliance
- Acts as the foundation for all further traffic management training and progression
Pathway and Progression
- All operatives must complete TTMBC before commencing work on site
- Immediate progression to Airlock Gate Person is required upon completion of TTMBC, in line with the mandatory training sequence
- Operatives are not permitted to undertake other roles or duties until both TTMBC and Airlock Gate Person qualifications are held
- Ongoing training and assessment will be scheduled to ensure compliance and support further advancement (e.g., M1/M2, M5, M6 modules)
