The T1/T2 Trainee qualification is for anyone wanting to progress their career in traffic management and work on single carriageway roads. This course is open to all learners who have completed the TTMBC and Airlock Gate Person Installer qualifications.

Summary
- Qualification authorising operatives to undertake temporary traffic management duties on single carriageway roads only
- Valid for 2 years from the date of certification
- Prerequisite: successful completion of both the Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course (TTMBC) and Airlock Gate Person Installer qualification
- Provides operatives with the essential knowledge and skills to safely implement, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management on single carriageway environments
- Emphasises strict compliance with NHSS 12D, Chapter 8, and all relevant health and safety legislation
